- Someone is dumping tires around/near the John Barrow Community. iI personally believe it's someone who is related to a tire shop near the area, as no one individually has these many tires at once. Someone were recently seen at the corner of W 32nd & Potter St. There is also other illegal dumping debris there. I wished we could catch these people. This is near the Rock Creek Church entrance under the 1-430 bridge.
