- Pr 311 email: I hope you are ready for the weekend We have had a Constituent reach out about their trash being missed. Their regular pickup day is Thursday. Per the Constituent, they attempted to speak to the driver of the truck (#2396) but was not acknowledged (though the driver looked down at them). The Constituent felt dismissed and disrespected. There were other details given, but not necessary to share to have this corrected. The Constituent's address is 4805 W. 11th Street. Could you please update me once this has been addressed/resolved so I can follow up with the Constituent?
