High Grass & Weeds

Description

I live at 10510 Sardis Rd, 72103. The lot to the left of my house is empty. The owner began building 2 homes on it but has since abandoned it and the grass and weeds are growing right against my property line, attracting dragonflies, pests, rodents and snakes. The neighborhood took care of the lot for awhile but the construction has left it in a state where it's difficult to manage. Please help.
